Haluk Hizlan (Izmir)

I am 42 years old with a masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University and later Clemson University USA. Worked as Teaching & Research Assistant for 2 terms at Clemson University, USA Industrial Engineering Department between 1991-1992.    

I have been biking since 2006 and covered over 65500 km. After I met OMM and training; I have attended ARA-Road 2006, ARA-Road International 2007, ARA-ADAC private one day course in 2007 and several private road sessions with Mr. Ugur Ertekin. I have passed IAM test in May 2008. During this time, I assisted Mr. Ugur Ertekin several times at different ARA workshops and after becoming an IAM certified rider, organised and participated in 3 Roadcrafts in the Aegean roads with OMM Izmir community.

I am eager to learn more about biking, and also by learning how to teach through CAT 2009 course, I am eager to share my accrued knowledge and experience with advance rider candidates. That makes me and probably all my other friends in the course forget about any difficulties we will face..

I am planning to devote my free time to all possible OMM trainings & roadcrafts, and also I want more bikers to join OMM through all training sessions I will participate.
